This APE VW VR6 3.2 24v intake manifold flange can but used to fabricate a custom intake manifold for your VR6 project. Flange are laser cut and then o-ring grooves are machined to ensure proper seal.

Material: 6061-T6 High strength Aluminium

Dimensions: 1/2 Thick

Fabrication method: CNC cut

*We recommend having the flange machined once it is welded to ensure proper seal.

*Ports on the flange are smaller than the head ports (to ensure that the flange ports are not bigger than the head ports because of laser fabrication tolerances) and can be ported to an exact match.
